米綿100%の36番手の細い糸を使用し、コーマ工程で滑らかな風合いに加工した天竺生地です。
この糸を2本引き揃え、26ゲージで度詰めに編み込むことで、滑らかさを保ちながらも洗濯に強いタフな生地に仕上げています。

【 デザイン 】
和歌山県産の生地を使用し、県内で縫製された和歌山県地場産のカットソーです。
濃色だけでなく、白も透けない度詰めの生地を使用しています。
ネックバインダーには共生地をバイアス使いにすることで、首元が着用によって伸びないよう工夫されています。
シルエットはベーシックなサイズ感ながら、タックインや腰履きのスタイルにも対応できるよう、やや裾を長めにしています。
身幅にゆとりを持たせ、肩線を落として肩が張らないデザインにし、ボディーラインを拾わないユニセックス対応のリラックスフィットとなっています。

This is a jersey fabric made from 100% American cotton, using fine 36-count yarn, processed with a combing process to achieve a smooth texture.
By combining two strands of this yarn and knitting it tightly at 26 gauge, a tough fabric that maintains its smoothness while being resistant to washing is created.
The combing process improves the uniformity of the yarn, further enhancing its pleasant feel and luxurious appearance.

【Design】
This is a locally produced cut-and-sew garment from Wakayama Prefecture, using fabric produced in the prefecture and sewn within the prefecture.
The fabric is densely woven, so it is not see-through even in white, not just dark colors.
The neck binder uses the same fabric cut on the bias to prevent the neckline from stretching with wear.
The silhouette is a basic size, but the hem is slightly longer to accommodate styles such as tucking in or wearing it low on the waist.
The design has a relaxed fit with a loose fit in the body and dropped shoulders to avoid a bulky shoulder line, making it a unisex garment that doesn't cling to the body.
